On 1 July 2026, ELL Finance p.l.c. published a Prospectus relating to the issuance of €30 million in 5.35% secured bonds redeemable in 2036.

The bonds are open for subscription by Preferred Applicants and Authorised Financial Intermediaries in terms of: (i) either the Placement Agreements; and, or (ii) pursuant to the Intermediaries’ Offer (at the discretion of the Issuer) in respect of any balance of the Bonds not subscribed to by Preferred Applicants.

The offer period closes at 12:00 hours (noon) on 24 July 2026, or earlier. The new bonds are expected to be admitted to listing on 4 August 2026.
