On 12 November 2024, Best Deal Properties Holding p.l.c. announced that it submitted an application requesting admissibility to listing of €7 million 5.35% unsecured bonds redeemable in 2031.

Full details of the bonds will be provided in a Prospectus that will be made available following the necessary approvals by the Malta Financial Services Authority.
