On 17 March 2025, International Hotel Investments p.l.c. (“IHI”) announced that through a joint venture company with the Action Real Estate Company of Kuwait, it has successfully acquired two neighbouring hotels in a prime location in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, in California, the USA.

The hotels, which offer 100 bedrooms, will undergo a refurbishment. In the immediate term, they will continue to be operated under their existing branding as the Maison and Mosaic Hotels, with local specialist operator Palisociety coming on board under the supervision and asset management services provided by IHI.
