On 24 February 2025, International Hotel Investments p.l.c. published a Prospectus in relation to the issuance of €35 million 5.30% unsecured bonds redeemable in 2035.

The net proceeds from the bonds will be used to refinance part of the existing €45 million 5.75% unsecured bonds which are due for redemption on 13 May 2025 (the “2025 Bonds”). Holders of the 2025 Bonds are being given priority to subscribe to the new bonds by surrendering all or part of their respective holding, subject to a minimum subscription amount of €2,000 (nominal).

The offer period closes on 14 March 2025 or earlier in case of oversubscription. The bonds are expected to be admitted to listing on 8 April 2025.
