On 20 June 2025, Lidion Bank p.l.c. published a Base Prospectus and the Final Terms relating to the issuance of up to €5 million in Series I Tranche 1 6.00% unsecured subordinated bonds, maturing between 2030 and 2035, as part of a €10 million Bond Issuance Programme.
The net proceeds from the Bonds will constitute an integral part of the Bank’s capital plan to further strengthen its Tier 2 Capital requirements and will be used by the Bank to meet part of its general financing requirements.
The Bonds are available for subscription through Authorised Financial Intermediaries, subject to a minimum subscription amount of €10,000 (nominal) and in multiples of €100 thereafter. Applications by retail clients are subject to a suitability assessment by the Authorised Financial Intermediary, irrespective of the investment service being provided.
The offer period closes on 11 July 2025. The Bonds are expected to be admitted to listing on the Regulated Main Market (Official List) of the Malta Stock Exchange on 23 July 2025.
