On 30 May 2025, MM Star Malta Finance p.l.c. published a Prospectus in relation to the issuance of €35 million 5.35% secured bonds redeemable between 2029 and 2031.

The net proceeds from the bonds will be used to refinance the acquisition of YOTEL Edinburgh – a modern, tech-savvy 276-room four-star hotel located at the centre of Edinburgh's historic New Town which is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The bonds are available for subscription through Authorised Financial Intermediaries, subject to a minimum subscription amount of €2,000 (nominal) and in multiples of €100 thereafter.

The offer closes on 20 June 2025 or earlier. The bonds are expected to be admitted to listing on 4 July 2025.
