On 18 February 2025, Hili Properties p.l.c. announced that it has been informed by its majority shareholder – Hili Ventures Limited – of its intention to launch a Conditional Voluntary Public Takeover Bid for the acquisition of all the issued share capital of Hili Properties p.l.c. As a result, Hili Properties p.l.c. requested the Malta Financial Services Authority and the Malta Stock Exchange to suspend trading of its shares with immediate effect.
