On 21 February 2025, Hili Properties p.l.c. announced that it received notice confirming the launch of the Conditional Voluntary Public Takeover Offer at €0.24 per share, pursuant to the terms of an Offer Document dated 21 February 2025. The offer period closes on 25 March 2025 at 12:00 hours.
